When will you get more product in stock?
Our inventory arrives in the first or second week of October and is available for purchase until we run out of stock. After that, you’re not necessarily iced out—check with retail stores for availability!

How long until we can expect to receive our order?
Our reels are shipping out faster than a fish on the line! We send out shipments every few days, so depending on when you placed your order, you can expect to reel it in within about a week. 

Why isn’t my Rattle Reel lighting up or staying lit?
Make sure you have 12 volts DC power to the reel. If the reel isn’t working, check the polarity of the wires. Ensure the black clip-on magnet is parallel to the metal handle, as this triggers the reel on and off.

Do you offer a warranty on reels?
We stand behind the quality of our Rattle Reels. If you experience any issues with your reel within the first year of purchase, simply send it to us, and we will evaluate, repair, and return or replace it for you.

Do you offer a military discount?
We appreciate those who serve. If you’re a member of the military, please reach out to us directly to learn more.

Do you run any specials throughout the year?
We’re planning some exciting Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals! Any special offers will be posted on our site, so be sure to check back often for updates.

Where are you located?
Rattle Reels headquarters is located in west-central Minnesota, near Sacred Heart, MN.

Can orders be picked up directly from you?
No, all orders will be shipped.

Will you be at any ice fishing shows or expos?
While subject to change each year, we plan to be at Dakota Angler Ice Institute in Sioux Falls, SD; Hard Water Ice Fishing Expo in Blaine, MN, and St. Paul Ice Fishing and Winter Sports Show in St. Paul, MN.
